Cheating Report

I have just recently heard of this funny thing that is happening in England, and it is all about CHEATING! Example, if you have a cousin ata a really good school, you can just say that you guys are actually brothers or sisters and you would go in! Unfair, right? People have also the copying habit(not saying I 100% not do that) and some report is going to come out soon about it.
